For empowerment of women and to make girls aware of the issues concerned with girls, women cell has been organised.
The college has a Grievance Redressal Cell to redress the grievance of its stakeholders. The students approach the cell to voice their grievances regarding academic matters health services, library and other services.
A Student may send her grievance to the Principal over email (crdavenb@gmail.com) or put the note in the Grievance box located near the Principal’s office. The cell redresses the grievances by sorting out the problems promptly and judiciously.
The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged by any student, and judge its merit. The Grievance cell is also empowered to look into matters of harassment. Anyone with a genuine grievance may approach the department members in person, or in consultation with the officer in-charge Students’ Grievance Cell. In case the person is unwilling to appear in self, grievances may be dropped in writing at the letterbox/ suggestion box of the Grievance Cell. Grievances may also be sent through e-mail..
With the objective of creating literacy awareness among students legal literacy cell has been set up. Haryana state Legal literacy services Authority with the collaboration of department of higher Education, Haryana has opened Legal Literacy clubs in colleges and universities. All these Legal literacy clubs the students are appraised about the various rights and duties of citizens and they are informed about various socio- legal issues.
The students also participate in activities such as debates, declamation, poetry, skits, essay writing ,slogan writing on issues of socio-legal relevance at school/college level/District level/divisional level and state level. Haryana State Legal Authority is committed to such type of programmes, which help in spreading legal awareness process is on in all schools & college for holding similar programmes.
For the awareness of various social issues like MADD (mothers against drunk driving), AIDS, BLOOD Disorder Services has been offered by the Red Ribbon Club of the college.
For the awareness of environment related issues and biodiversity Conservation College has been an Eco club.
A publication cell has been constituted for publishing information regarding college activities and to foster the writing/ creative habits among students.
The college provides various buses covering the extensively the various routes for the students coming from far places.
An aesthetically designed hygienic Canteen operates inside the college campus that serves delicious vegetarian food, snacks and soft drinks
