Admission of Those Candidates Whose Results of Qualifying Examination Are Declared Late

The Principal of the College will allow provisional admission to their own students in under Graduate Part-II. On the declaration of the result, if the student fails his/her provisional admission will stand cancelled ab initio. All the under-graduate classes/courses will start as per Academic Calender of the University

No Students from outside/other colleges/Departments may be granted admission to promotional classes of B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. The Principal/Chairperson of the College/Department concerned will allow provisional admissions to their own students who are already registered with this University and whose result of under-graduate Examinations are not yet declared by the university except UMC cases.

A candidate whose result of an examination is declared late by this University/Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani for no fault of the candidate, if he/she is otherwise eligible and is covered under the admission policy, may be allowed to seek admission in the affiliated colleges of the University within 15 working days from the date of dispatch of result card, without late fees, subject to availability of seat and on merit.

Permission for joining late shall not be accepted as a justification of condoning deficiency in lectures. Provided that in case of a candidate who is allowed late admission as a result of any change in the Rules/Admission Policy made by the University, the lectures shall be counted from the date of admission.

Provided further that in case of a candidate who joined late owing to late declaration of result or who sought admission provisionally till the declaration of the result of the lower examination, the lectures etc. shall be counted from 15 days after the declaration of the result or the date of his joining whichever is earlier.

Instructions Regarding Admission

  1. Application for admission will be accepted on the prescribe form only( attached with the prospectus).
  2. The application form complete in all respects must be submitted well in time (within limits of admission dates specified by the Ch. Devi Lal University).
  3. The attested copies of certificates/credentials must be annexed with the complete application form.
  4. All admissions are provisional and subject to the confirmation of eligibility by the University.
  5. To avoid inconvenience, the students should pay the college dues well in time.
  6. A candidate failing in University Exam. cannot be considered for readmission to the same class.
 

Certificate/Documents required from new Students B.A./B.Com./B.Sc.

  1. Attested copy of Matriculation or equivalent examination as a proof of date of birth.
  2. Two attested copies of qualifying examination.
  3. Character certificate in original from the head of the educational institution last attended.
  4. Five copies of passport size photograph.
  5. Students from board/university other than Haryana must submit the original certificate of qualifying examination along with two attested photocopies of the same.
  6. School/College leaving certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
  7. Migration certificate & Passing certificate in case of a student coming from any Board/University other than Board of School Education, Haryana.
  8. in case of Migration certificate is not submitted at the time of a mission, the candidate must give an undertaking to submit the same within a period of 15 days from the date of admission, otherwise his admission shall stand cancelled.
  9. The candidate having passed 10+2/equivalent examination from Board/University other than Board of School Education Haryana must also fill up the prescribed eligibility form.
 

Conditions for changing the subject Combination/Subject

  1. Only the student of B.A.-I/B.Com.-I Can change the faculty.
  2. The students of B.A.-I can change the subject/subject combination.
  3. The change can be allowed with the permission of the Principal within 15 days from the last date of regular admission schedule of Ch. Devi Lal Univeristy
  4. Application for change of subject/ subject combination should be made on prescribed application form duly recommended by the lecturer in the teaching subject, which the student desires to leave.
  5. Change of subject may be allowed on the availability of the seats in the subject desired.
  6. The lectures attended after the date of change shall be counted towards the attendance percentage in the subject concerned. The attendance in the subject left will not be taken into account.
  7. The student changing the subject shall have no claim for the refund of the subject fee (if any) already paid.
  8. The student changing the faculty from any Stream in 1st year to another shall not be entitled for any refund of dues.
 

Important Notes & Instructions

  1. Admission Forms (online/offline) complete in all respects must be accompanied with copies of following documents.
    • Matriculation Certificate for proof of age.
    • DMC of Examination last passed.
    • Character Certificate from the institution last attended.
    • Two recent passport size photographs.
    • Certificate regarding claim of reserved category. if any.
  2. All original documents are to be presented at the time of admission.
  3. All admissions would be made strictly on Merit.
  4. All admissions are provisional and are subject to the approval by Chaudhary Devi lal University, Sirsa.
